Confident Breastfeeding Starts Here

IBCLC Lactation Support for Pregnancy, Newborn Feeding, Bottle Refusal, Low Supply, and Returning to Work

Hi, I'm Vicky Gellis

My journey into lactation began long before I became a mother myself. For the past 7 years, I’ve had the privilege of helping families navigate everything from painful latches and low milk supply to bottle refusal, pumping, returning to work, and feeding with confidence.

When I became a mom, I quickly learned that feeding a baby is often more complex than the books make it seem. I experienced many of the same challenges my clients face, including tongue ties, feeding struggles, sleepless nights, and the overwhelming responsibility of keeping a tiny human nourished. Those experiences deepened my empathy and strengthened my commitment to providing practical, evidence-based support that meets families where they are.

Today, I combine my professional expertise with real-life motherhood experience to help families reach their feeding goals without judgment. Whether you're breastfeeding, pumping, bottle feeding, combo feeding, or somewhere in between, you deserve support that is personalized, compassionate, and grounded in science.

As an IBCLC and mom of two, my goal is simple: to help you feel confident, supported, and empowered in your feeding journey.

IBCLC trusted by 1,000+ families to reach their feeding goals.

My family will forever be grateful to Vicky. Thanks to Vicky our daughter is eating again, back on her growth curve, and surrounded by an amazing team which includes a pediatric dentist, infant feeding specialist, and body worker. She got everyone on the same page and rapidly brought help to my daughter and saved us from having to get a feeding tube for my baby.

I followed Vicky's advice and was exclusively breastfeeding my daughter by 2 weeks later. I thought it was going to be a longer road to breastfeeding and can't believe we made it here in only 2 weeks!
